Registration & costs

Registration in advance for participation in the congress, the social programme is possible online and with payment by credit card or bank transfer. Registration with bank transfer payment is possible until 6th November 2016. Participation in the social programme is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

Early Bird costs until 31st August 2016
Single Day: EUR 300.-
Friday Half Day: EUR 150.-
Entire congress: EUR 600.-
Masterclass: EUR 350.-

From 1st September 2016 the costs will be: 
Single Day: EUR 300.-
Friday Half Day: EUR 150.-
Entire congress: EUR 800.-
Masterclass: EUR 350.-

A discount for trainees is offered as follows: 
Single Day: EUR 150.- 
Entire congress: EUR 300.- 
Applicants must be younger than 35 years. A trainee certificate has to be faxed to the congress secretariat (Fax no.: 0041 71 282 06 09) at registration time. If no certificate was sent in advance, the full fee will be charged on site.

Closing date for pre-registration is 22nd November 2016. Past this date, registration will only be possible on site.

Registration on site is possible with payment by credit card, debit card or cash. Formalities on site require more time if the participant did not register in advance.

Acknowledgement

Registration and payment will be confirmed by email.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be made in writing or by email to the organiser. If notification is received by 20th November 2016, full refund, less administrative charge of € 100.-, will be made. If notification is received after this date, there will be no refund. Changes in dates, times and site do not give the right to cancel applications.

Data Use Agreement

With registration, the participant agrees to the usage of his data by Medkongress AG. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Agreement can be revoked informally by writing an email to: info@colorectalsurgery.eu

Legal Basis

Organiser of the congress is Medkongress AG. The organisers and their authorised representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods. Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever, if and insofar as such damage or loss is not covered by third party liability insurance taken out by the organisers. Swiss law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is St.Gallen, Switzerland.
